Packaging and Shipping Packages from the USA to Your Country

1. Once all purchases arrive at the warehouse, you will be able to form a package and send the order from the USA to your country.

2. Before forming the package, you need to fill out the customs declaration if you made the purchases yourself.

If the order was formed with our help, the declaration will already be filled out in your personal account.

If you don’t want to fill out the declaration yourself, you can order the service to fill it out by clicking on this icon.

3. Filling out the declaration is very simple. You need to click on the declaration button, select the shipping method you will use to send the package, and enter details about each item in the special form on our website.

4. When the declaration is filled out for all purchases, select the orders you want to send, and click Create Package.

5. Choose the recipient of the package. If you haven't entered the recipient's information yet, click the Add Address button and fill out the special form with the shipping details - recipient's name, country, city, address, postal code, and phone number.

6. After that, choose the shipping method, any additional services you need, leave a message for the warehouse (packing preferences, if any), and click the Submit for Packaging button.

Now your package will appear in the system in the queue for assembly and preparation of shipping documents, and it will show in the Packaging tab.

After it is packaged, you will receive a message in your personal account, as well as a notification via email, stating that the package has been assembled, and you will see the exact shipping cost.
