Providing an Address in a Tax-Free US State Free of charge	Sign up and instantly receive an address at our modern warehouse in the tax-free state of Delaware.
Parcel Reception Free of charge	Regardless of the store, number of items, or weight, incoming parcels are received at our warehouse free of charge.
Storage Free of charge*	Storage of purchases is free for up to 6 months, and for packed parcels — up to 1 month. After that, a fee of $0.30 per day applies to purchases and $1.00 per day to packed parcels.
Purchasing Items by Our Specialists 10% of the item's value (minimum $10)	If you make purchases yourself in US stores, there is no commission at all!
Consolidation Free of charge	We will consolidate any number of incoming orders from one or multiple stores into a single package free of charge, helping you save on shipping.
Removal of Shoe Boxes and Printed Advertising Free of charge	This way, your package will weigh even less, making the shipping cost even more advantageous for you.
Splitting One Order into Multiple Shipments $4 (per part)	You can split one large order into multiple shipments. Please note that the cost of splitting depends on how many parts the order needs to be divided into.
Package Packing $3-$8	High-quality packaging suitable for international shipping of all your purchases. The cost of packaging depends on the weight and shape of the items and ranges from $3 to $8.
Customs Declaration Preparation Free of charge for Purchase Orders $10 for self-made purchases	We will quickly and accurately complete all necessary customs documents if you're unsure how to do it.
Package Insurance 3% of the total value of the items in the package.	At your request, to minimize delivery risks, we provide insurance coverage for your package.
Cancellation of a Packed Parcel $6	If your orders have been sent for packing but circumstances have changed and you need to cancel the parcel assembly, we are here to assist you.
Product Photos (2 items) $3	We can take 2 photos of your item, a specific part of it, a tag, or even a gift certificate sent by the store.
Product Photos (5 items) $5	We can take 5 photos of your item, a specific part of it, a tag, or even a gift certificate sent by the store.
Photo of Invoice/Shipping Label $1	If needed, we can take a photo of the store invoice or the shipping label on the box.
Product Inspection $6	You can request an inspection to check the product's integrity, functionality, any defects, and more.
Taking Measurements with Photos (1 Item) $3	Measurements with photos can be taken for ordered clothing or shoes (insole). Please note that the price is for one item.
Return of Item to Store $10	Shipping costs within the US are paid separately.
Transfer of Incoming Parcel Between Accounts $4	Any orders can be transferred to another client's storage unit at our warehouse.
