1. After registering on our website, your personal U.S. address will be available in your personal account, which can be used for self-orders.

2. You can choose products for self-purchase from any U.S. store. We have gathered the best in the Popular Stores section. Please note that there are restrictions on certain product categories. You can find out more about them in this article.

3. Select the desired item(s) in the store and add it/them to the cart. If necessary, sign up for the store.

4. Once in the cart and having reviewed the total amount, if everything suits you, proceed to checkout and payment.

5. In the Shipping Address section, enter your delivery address from your personal account - carefully fill out each field, copying the information. If you need to provide an email address, use your email address.

6. In the Payment Method section, enter your card details. If the store asks for a Billing Address, you can provide the same address as the shipping address. If the order doesn't go through, enter the actual address associated with your card. Then click the Place your order button to confirm your order.

7.  Within 1-3 days, the store will pack and ship the order to our address, sending you a tracking number for the package separately via email. You can also find it in your store account. Please make sure to enter this tracking number into your personal account in the Add Package section.

8. Here you can immediately order additional services at our warehouse if needed (*services are optional and can be ordered after the package arrives at the warehouse).

9. The package will be saved in the Awaiting section. Here, you can edit the package description, tracking number, order additional services if you haven't done so yet and need them, or fill out the declaration.

10. Within 2-10 days (depending on the store where the order was placed), the package will arrive at our warehouse and be displayed in your personal account under In Warehouse.

Now you can send the order for packaging and arrange shipping if all the orders you're expecting have arrived at the warehouse!
